A packet of Sazon Goya is roughly a teaspoon, so if you need to measure it out, start with 1/4 tsp of MSG. Alternatively, I could just ship you some. I bought a -case- of it, so I have more than enough. A case is 24 boxes, each box contains 12 packets.
